Impatient, then it hit me:

It wasn’t just for me.

Saw the bigger picture.

Focused on my grasp, forgot others.

Education must reach everyone.

Addressed all levels.

Some lack basics, fear speaking.

Meetings need inclusive teaching.

Adopted proactive education.

Design leads clarify, don’t assume.

Start with basics, build up.

Embraced continuous learning.

Teams forget, new faces join.

Education never stops.
